1. Why outsource to Ukraine?
Ukraine comprises a tremendous potential. It is based on the role of Ukraine in the former Soviet Union. At that time Ukrainian specialists were recognized to hold one of the highest educational levels in the world. Today Ukraine owns one of the leading places in the world concerning the number of science students and scientists per thousand of population and it has become one of the major brain suppliers to the global market.

2. What languages are spoken in AIDOSS?
All AIDOSS employees have an excellent command of English; most of them are good at spoken and written English. Some possess good knowledge of German.

3. What qualification(s) do the AIDOSS employees have?
We know that our success depends a lot on the people that work in our company. That is why we tend to have the best people aboard. It is our policy to hire only highly qualified people. We must always be sure that a person taken on our staff and chosen for a project is skilled enough to participate in the project execution. The process of hiring is thorough and takes time as we carefully study the candidate's credentials, his/her potential and desire to work. The majority of our employees possess Master's degree in computer science. We also have some PhDs aboard.

4. How does AIDOSS ensure confidentiality?
Before the project development process starts, AIDOSS signs the Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and keeps all customers and any offshore project related information in strict confidence. Any references to the details of a customer project may be revealed only with the customer's written permission.

6. How does AIDOSS compile technical documentation?
AIDOSS has technical writers who possess a vast experience in compiling technical documentation.

7. Who possesses the ownership for the final product?
This issue is usually discussed with the customer during contract negotiations. In most cases the customer owns the sources and the marketing rights on the product.

8. Does AIDOSS issue any warranty?
It is our rule, after the project execution to propose the customer to conclude an additional agreement on the project support in order to keep the product in compliance with up-to-date customer requirements.

9. Why do you use a dolphin in the logo?
There is this old Greek myth about dolphins, which helped sailors find their way home when they were lost in the dark endless Mediterranean Sea. Dolphins have fun doing this just like we have fun and are very professional at helping our customers find their way in the endless sea of computer and information technology.

10. How many developers can be immediately allocated for a project?
The team of 5-6 developers can be allocated within 2-4 weeks.
